Cancellation
We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment.If no-shows or no notice is given 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged a fee or a session will be removed from your package. Appointments for Monday must be cancelled by 7:00 pm the previous Saturday
Gratuity
Gratuity is not expected but always appreciated.Tipping envelopes for cash gratuities are provided at the front desk or you may add gratuity onto your credit card
Refunds
Our treatments and laser hair removal procedures are not refundable.
Pre-paid packages and deposits made are non-refundable.
There are no refunds or reimbursements on purchases made.
All sales are final.
