Policies
Cancellation
To help us maintain an efficient schedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may result in a fee or the forfeiture of a session from your package. For Monday bookings, notice must be given by 7:00 p.m. on the preceding Saturday, as we are closed on Sundays.
Late Arrival & Continuation
Timely arrival allows us to provide your treatment in full. If you arrive late, we will complete as much of the service as possible within your reserved time. When additional time is required to finish the procedure, a continuation fee may apply to rebook or extend the appointment. Fees may vary depending on the service reserved — please ask our team for details.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not expected but always appreciated.Tipping envelopes for cash gratuities are provided at the front desk or you may add gratuity onto your credit card
Refunds
All treatments and laser hair removal services are non-refundable. Pre-paid packages and deposits are also non-refundable, and no reimbursements will be issued once a purchase is completed. All sales are final.
